Duties

• Provide professional esthetic services including facials, dermabrasion, eyelash extensions, body waxing, and esthetic laser treatments with precision and care.
• Perform skin analysis using color theory principles to recommend personalized skincare routines and product solutions.
• Conduct hair threading, makeup application, and other cosmetic procedures to meet client preferences and enhance their appearance.
• Maintain strict sanitation and infection control standards to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff.
• Manage medical records accurately using EMR (Electronic Medical Records) systems, documenting treatments, client notes, and product recommendations.
• Educate clients on skincare routines, product usage, and treatment benefits to foster ongoing relationships and repeat business.
• Promote retail sales by recommending suitable skincare products and beauty solutions aligned with client needs.

Qualifications

• Valid state licensure as a Licensed Esthetician with certification in cosmetology or related fields.
• Proven experience in skincare treatments such as dermabrasion, esthetic laser therapy, body waxing, eyelash extensions, and tattooing is highly desirable.
• Knowledge of infection control practices and sanitation procedures essential for maintaining a safe treatment environment.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with diverse clients.
• Familiarity with EMR systems for accurate record keeping and appointment management.
• Basic understanding of color theory, makeup application techniques, and hair threading methods.

Pay: $28.00 - $40.00 per hour
