Licensed Esthetician (Lymphatic Focus) — San Diego, CA

We are seeking an experienced esthetician to join our team.
Ideal candidates have a strong foundation in lymphatic facials, dermaplaning, and extractions, along with familiarity with medical aesthetic treatments such as Botox, dermal fillers, and Morpheus8.

This role will begin as a part-time position, with the opportunity to transition to a more permanent role after a 90-day evaluation period.

Compensation is negotiable and will be based on experience and skill level.
We are also open to training the right candidate who is eager to learn and grow within a clinical aesthetic environment.

Position Overview

• Start: Part-time (first 2 months)
• Transition: Full-time by month 3
• Location: San Diego (coastal North County)

Compensation

• $20/hour during training period
• $21-25/hour after training or negotiable based on experience
• Base pay reassessed after 3 months
• Tips are fully yours
• Commission opportunities on services and treatments

What You’ll Be Doing

• Performing lymphatic facial treatments with precision and care
• Supporting clients through long-term skin journeys, not one-off services
• Maintaining a calm, elevated treatment environment
• Educating clients in a way that feels natural, not pushy
• Assisting with advanced treatments as needed

Experience (Preferred, Not Mandatory for All)

• Lymphatic facial massage (strongly preferred)
• Knowledge of Morpheus8 RF microneedling
• Familiarity with Botox and dermal fillers
• Medical spa or results-driven skincare background
• Zenoti booking software

Pay: $21.00 - $26.00 per hour
