As a Licensed Esthetician, you will provide a range of professional skincare services, educate clients on products and treatments, and contribute to creating a welcoming, results-driven environment. Your enthusiasm and expertise will help clients look and feel their best while supporting the growth of our spa or skincare center.

Duties

• Perform a variety of esthetic treatments
• Conduct skin analysis consultations to recommend personalized skincare routines and product solutions
• Provide professional product demos and retail sales guidance to enhance client satisfaction and business growth
• Maintain impeccable sanitation standards by thoroughly cleaning and sterilizing equipment and treatment areas after each service
• Educate clients on skincare best practices, home care routines, and new treatment options to foster long-term relationships
• Assist with scheduling appointments, managing client records, and ensuring a smooth flow of daily operations

Experience

• Valid state licensure as a Certified Esthetician or Cosmetologist with specialization in esthetic treatments
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally with diverse clients
• Knowledge of sanitation procedures in a spa or skincare environment is essential
• Experience in retail sales, product demos, and promoting skincare lines is highly desirable
• Excellent communication skills coupled with a friendly attitude to ensure client comfort and satisfaction
• Experience in a previous esthtics setting

Pay: $25.00 - $32.00 per hour
