Responsibilities

• Perform body sculpt treatments utilizing advanced non-invasive lymphatic drainage machine procedures to shape and contour the body.
• Educate clients on treatment options, process steps, aftercare instructions, and product recommendations to ensure optimal results.
• Maintain strict sanitation and hygiene standards by properly sterilizing equipment and adhering to health regulations during all procedures.
• Provide excellent customer service by listening attentively to client needs, addressing questions clearly, and creating a welcoming atmosphere.
• Assist with retail sales by recommending skincare products and treatment packages tailored to individual goals.
• Demonstrate product demos and enhance client trust and loyalty.

Qualifications

• Valid state licensure as a Certified Esthetician, with specialization in body sculpting treatments preferred.
• Experience performing lymphatic drainage manual and/or machine treatments is highly desirable.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to educate clients effectively and build lasting relationships.
• Knowledge of sanitation protocols and commitment to maintaining a clean treatment environment.
• Ability to perform multiple services confidently while managing time efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
• Retail sales experience with a focus on product demos and client education is a plus.
• Passion for skincare innovation and helping clients achieve their aesthetic goals through personalized treatments.

Pay: $27.28 - $32.86 per hour
