We are hiring a licensed, bilingual Property & Casualty Insurance Agent for our Marietta office.

This is a full-time position in a structured, fast-paced environment that requires professionalism, accountability, and strong customer service skills.

We are looking for someone who is dependable, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple responsibilities efficiently.

Compensation

$22.00 per hour + commission
Performance-based earning potential
Full-time schedule

Requirements

• Active Property & Casualty License (Required)
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) – Required
• Strong multitasking ability
• Excellent customer service skills
• Professional phone and in-person communication
• Ability to work independently
• Organized and detail-oriented
• Punctual and reliable
• Previous insurance experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Quoting and servicing Auto, Home, and Commercial policies
• Managing renewals and follow-ups
• Processing payments and endorsements accurately
• Handling underwriting documentation
• Assisting clients with claim guidance
• Maintaining organized client files
• Supporting overall office operations

Schedule

• Monday – Saturday
• One weekday off
• Must be available to work Saturdays
