Role Summary
We are seeking an experienced
Life Cycle Engineer / Life Cycle Analyst
with strong expertise in
reliability analysis
,
lifecycle cost modeling
, and
technical investigations
for aerospace systems. This role involves supporting
airline operators
, conducting
event and safety investigations
, and driving
design improvements
through data-driven insights.
Key Responsibilities
-
Provide
technical responses
to
airline operators
and conduct
event investigations
and
safety reviews
.

Perform
technical analysis
and
root cause analysis
to support
long-term solutions
and
corrective actions
.
-
Participate in
Event Management Boards
and
Safety Review Boards
(e.g., Rolls-Royce) and present cases effectively.
-
Identify and implement
process improvements
and
tools
within the domain of expertise.
-
Conduct
reliability analysis
and
lifecycle cost analysis
using advanced tools to analyze
failure trends
and predict
failure probability
.
-
Apply
probability distribution functions
such as
Weibull distribution
for predictive modeling.
-
Influence
design teams
using
lifecycle cost analysis
to improve
engine time-on-wing
and
shop visit cost models
.
-
Utilize
in-service experience
and predictive methods to deliver
service cost reductions
.
Required Qualifications & Skills
-
Technical degree
(AME / BE / B.Tech / ME / M.Tech) in
Aerospace
,
Aeronautical
,
Mechanical Engineering
, or equivalent industrial experience.

Strong knowledge of
gas turbine functionality
, components, and systems with full consideration of
form, fit, and function
.

Proficiency in
Microsoft Excel
and
Word
for data analysis and reporting.
