Lighting Design Engineer / Sales Coordinator

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Lighting Design Engineer / Sales Coordinator to join our Lighting Division. The ideal candidate will have experience in lighting design, lux calculations, project coordination, and technical sales support, along with strong proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office applications.

Key Skills & Requirements

Proficiency in AutoCAD for lighting design and layout preparation.

Strong command of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).

Experience with lighting design software such as DIALux and/or AGi32.

Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Previous experience in sales coordination, lighting design, or a related field is an advantage.

Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills.

Job Responsibilities

Prepare detailed lighting designs and perform lux calculations using industry-standard software (e.g., DIALux, AGi32).

Develop lighting layouts, plans, and specifications based on project requirements and client needs.

Ensure compliance with lighting standards, regulations, and energy-efficiency requirements.

Collaborate with the sales team by providing technical support and lighting solutions during the pre-sales process.

Prepare and present lighting design proposals, including technical documentation and visualizations.

Assist in the preparation of quotations, tenders, and sales proposals.

Coordinate with suppliers and manufacturers for product selection and procurement.

Monitor project schedules, budgets, and deliverables to ensure successful project execution.

Maintain strong client relationships and provide excellent customer support throughout the project lifecycle.

Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and new lighting products.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Lighting Design, Interior Design, or a related field.

Proven experience in lighting design and lux calculations, preferably within a sales support or project coordination role.

Strong understanding of lighting principles, standards, and regulations.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.

Strong time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

Note: Salary Bracket may be altered based on skill set and experience,

Pay: AED4,500.00 - AED6,500.00 per month
