Role Summary:Solar Sol is searching for an experienced Lights Sales Manager to head our lighting solutions division. This role demands an expert with a deep understanding of the lighting market and a history of successful sales leadership. You will be tasked with managing the sales team, developing strategic accounts, and driving growth for our lighting products.

Key Responsibilities:

· Formulate and execute a comprehensive sales plan for the lighting product line.

· Manage, train, and develop a high-performing sales team focused on lighting solutions.

· Establish and nurture relationships with key accounts, architects, contractors, and distributors.

· Analyze sales metrics and market data to adjust strategies and improve results.

· Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns for lighting products.

· Represent the company at industry events and trade shows.

· Ensure the team provides exceptional customer service and technical support.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

· Significant experience in sales management, specifically within the lighting, electrical, or building materials industry.

· Strong technical knowledge of lighting products and systems.

· Demonstrated leadership ability and experience in managing a sales team.

· Excellent network within the industry is highly desirable.

· Outstanding negotiation, strategic planning, and analytical skills.

Pay: From E£25,000.00 per month
