Limo Dispatcher

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Limo Dispatcher to join our team, responsible for coordinating and dispatching limousine services to clients, ensuring timely and efficient transportation.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate and dispatch limousine services, managing fleet operations, scheduling, and logistics

- Provide exceptional customer service, handling client inquiries and requests

- Ensure compliance with regulations, safety standards, and company policies

- Maintain accurate records, reports, and dispatch logs

- Collaborate with teams to ensure seamless operations

Requirements:

- 1-2 years of experience in USA limousine dispatch or related field

- Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

- Knowledge of local geography and traffic patterns

- Basic computer skills and familiarity with dispatch software

*Preferred Qualifications:*

- Experience with dispatch software and GPS systems

- Certification in transportation or logistics

- Bilingual communication skills (English and Urdu)

Working Hours:

Night shift, flexible hours, and on-call requirements may apply.
