Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Limousine Dispatcher to join our luxury transportation team. This role is the central hub of our operations, responsible for managing our fleet and chauffeurs to ensure timely, professional, and seamless service for all clients. The ideal candidate will be a calm and effective communicator with a passion for providing an exceptional customer experience, even under pressure.

Salary: 50,000 per Month

Key Responsibilities:

• Dispatching and Scheduling: Efficiently assign and dispatch chauffeurs to trips based on location, vehicle availability, and client needs.
• Real-Time Monitoring: Use GPS and dispatch software to monitor vehicle locations and track trip progress, proactively adjusting schedules to account for traffic, flight delays, or other unforeseen events.
• Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for chauffeurs, relaying clear and concise instructions, updates, and changes.
• Customer Service: Handle customer inquiries, new bookings, reservation modifications, and cancellations with professionalism and a commitment to service excellence.
• Problem-Solving: Quickly and calmly resolve any issues that arise during a trip, such as a vehicle breakdown or a last-minute client request.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate and detailed records of all trips, driver hours, and incidents.
• Fleet Management: Communicate with management about vehicle maintenance needs and scheduling conflicts.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a dispatcher, preferably in the limousine, transportation, or a related service industry.
• Strong proficiency with dispatching software (e.g., LimoAnywhere, etc.) and GPS tracking systems.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
• Bachelors or equivalent required.
