Position: Line Cook (Fast Food)
Job Criteria / Requirements:
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a line cook or kitchen crew in a fast-food or quick-service restaurant
- Ability to prepare and cook menu items according to standard recipes and portion controls
- Experience working in a high-volume, fast-paced kitchen environment
- Knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards
- Ability to operate basic kitchen equipment (grill, fryer, oven, prep tools)
- Skilled in food preparation, including chopping, assembling, and plating
- Ability to follow instructions and company standard operating procedures
- Can work efficiently under pressure and during peak hours
- Good time management and multitasking skills
- Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to support other kitchen staff
- Physically fit and able to stand for long hours
- Willing to work shifts, weekends, and holidays as required
