Line Engineer

Job Description:

• Daily monitoring and analysis of key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure production targets are met.
• Supervise all production line staff, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure efficient operations.
• Responsible for routine and annual maintenance of production equipment and machinery to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.
• Identify and implement improvements to increase yield and production efficiency.
• Utilize software for production planning, inventory management, and reporting.
• Initiate and manage cost-saving measures and productivity improvements to enhance overall operational efficiency.
• Report to and adhere to instructions from the Production Manager, providing regular updates on production status and any issues.
• Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations and promote a safe working environment for all staff.
• Monitor production processes to ensure products meet quality standards and specifications.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a production engineering role in the beverages industry.
