Job Description:
Multi Techno Integrated Solutions is looking for a motivated and results-driven LinkedIn Lead Generation Expert to join our Lahore office. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, connecting, and generating qualified B2B leads through LinkedIn and other digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate high-quality B2B leads using LinkedIn (Sales Navigator preferred)
• Identify target audiences and decision-makers in relevant industries
• Manage LinkedIn outreach campaigns (connection requests, messaging, follow-ups)
• Maintain and update lead data in CRM or spreadsheets
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align lead generation strategies
• Research market trends and competitor activities
• Achieve monthly lead generation targets

Requirements:

• 1–2 years of experience in LinkedIn lead generation or B2B sales
• Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator
• Strong communication and writing skills (English)
• Basic understanding of CRM tools and sales funnels
• Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or relevant field (preferred)
