Job Title: LinkedIn Lead Generation Specialist
Location: On-site ( Green Acres Housing Society)
Timing: 5pm-2am

Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated, disciplined, and results-driven LinkedIn Outreach Specialist to join our Business Development team on a full-time onsite basis.
This role focuses on executing a structured LinkedIn and email outreach strategy using a mix of automation tools and manual personalization to generate high-quality B2B leads and book appointments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute daily LinkedIn outreach workflows as per SOP
  • Set up and manage automated connection requests using Linked Helper
  • Perform manual, personalized outreach to qualified prospects (job posts, comments, groups, 1st & 2nd-degree connections)
  • Manage conversations, follow-ups, and share scheduling links (Calendly) when appropriate
  • Execute cold and warm email campaigns with custom messaging and follow-ups
  • Engage with LinkedIn content by posting, resharing, and leaving high-value comments
  • Track all outreach activities, responses, and booked calls in Google Sheets or CRM
  • Meet or exceed daily and weekly quotas for:
  • Messages & follow-ups
  • Content engagement
  • Booked appointments

Daily Performance Targets

  • Total Touchpoints: 100+
  • Booked Appointments: Minimum 1 per day
  • Mix of automated connections, manual DMs, follow-ups, emails, posts, and comments

Required Skills & Tools

  • Proven experience in LinkedIn lead generation / outreach (B2B preferred)
  • Strong command of LinkedIn Sales Navigator (mandatory)
  • Experience with Linked Helper or similar automation tools
  • Excellent written communication (personalized, value-driven, non-spammy)
  • Experience using Google Sheets, CRM tools, Calendly
  • Strong time management and ability to strictly follow SOPs and quotas
  • Understanding of LinkedIn best practices to avoid account restrictions

Requirements

  • Demonstrated track record of booking appointments via LinkedIn or outbound outreach
  • Ability to commute and work from the office daily
  • Willingness to attend weekly performance review and feedback sessions
