Job Title: LinkedIn Lead Generation Expert

Location: Remote

About the Role:

We are seeking a LinkedIn Lead Generation Expert to identify, connect, and engage with high-quality prospects through LinkedIn. The ideal candidate will have proven experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other outreach tools to generate qualified leads that align with our target audience and sales goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute LinkedIn lead generation strategies to build a strong sales pipeline.
  • Use LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other automation/outreach tools (e.g., Expandi, Apollo, HubSpot, or Lemlist) to identify and contact potential leads.
  • Craft personalized connection requests and follow-up messages to increase response and conversion rates.
  • Manage, segment, and maintain lead databases in CRM systems.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to define target audiences, campaigns, and messaging.
  • Track, analyze, and report lead generation performance (e.g., conversion rates, response rates, ROI).
  • Stay updated on LinkedIn algorithm changes, engagement trends, and best practices.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience (1–3+ years) in LinkedIn lead generation, B2B outreach, or sales prospecting.
  • Strong understanding of LinkedIn Sales Navigator, search filters, and Boolean search.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, etc.).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills (especially for crafting outreach messages).
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze performance metrics.
  • Experience with lead nurturing and pipeline management.
  • Knowledge of target industries (e.g., SaaS, IT services, consulting, or recruitment) is a plus.

Compensation:

Competitive salary or project-based Commissions (depending on experience and engagement type).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs25,000.00 - Rs50,000.00 per month
