Role Overview
Mint Source is hiring a LinkedIn Outreach Associate to support outbound lead generation for its founders. This is an execution-focused role where you'll manage daily outreach activities across LinkedIn, helping drive visibility and qualified meetings. You’ll work closely with a marketing consultant who leads strategy, while you focus on consistent execution, sending messages, engaging with posts, and maintaining outreach trackers. This is a great opportunity to learn B2B marketing hands-on while collaborating directly with the company’s leadership team, and a strong launchpad for anyone looking to build real-world sales experience in a fast-moving, supportive environment.


What You’ll Do

  • Send 150 personalized LinkedIn connection requests weekly using provided templates
  • Leave 50 thoughtful comments daily on industry-relevant posts to boost visibility and engagement
  • Initiate at least 100 new conversations with leads each week to drive outreach volume
  • Follow up consistently with leads to maintain momentum and maximize touchpoints
  • Draft LinkedIn content using structured AI workflows and pre-built templates
  • Schedule and publish posts, then engage with responses and comments in a timely manner
  • Book meetings with qualified prospects that meet clear ICP guidelines
  • Research and document new target niches for outreach campaigns
  • Optimize outreach messaging based on performance data and feedback
  • Maintain organized trackers for content, outreach activity, and lead status


What We’re Looking For

  • 0–2 years of experience in outbound sales, marketing, or lead generation
  • Strong written English and attention to detail for polished communication
  • Familiarity with tools like ChatGPT, Google Docs, LinkedIn, Slack, and Canva
  • Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator is a plus
  • Ability to follow SOPs and deliver consistent execution in a remote setting
  • Fast learner who can adapt to structured feedback and improve workflows
  • Organized and proactive, with strong communication and follow-through
  • Interest in B2B marketing and desire to develop skills in LinkedIn outreach
  • Full-time availability from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST

  • Number of qualified meetings booked with ICP-aligned prospects
  • Weekly volume of new conversations and connection requests sent
