We’re looking for a LinkedIn Outreach Specialist to help us connect with the right decision-makers, start meaningful conversations, and book product demos for our sales team.
If you’re proactive, goal-oriented, and confident in building B2B relationships in a digital-first world, this role is for you.
What You’ll Do
- Reach out to B2B decision-makers (CEOs, Directors, Sales Leaders, etc.) on LinkedIn.
- Write personalized, engaging messages that spark interest in our AI Develpment Services.
- Qualify leads and schedule demos for the sales team.
- Use tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator (and others) to spot the right prospects.
- Keep track of all outreach activities and results in our CRM.
- Work closely with marketing & sales to improve messaging and boost conversions.
- Experiment with different outreach approaches to increase demo bookings.
What We’re Looking For
- Hands-on experience in LinkedIn outreach, lead generation, or outbound sales (B2B SaaS/tech experience is a plus).
- Strong written communication, you know how to personalize messages and build quick rapport.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator & outreach tools (Lemlist, Expandi, etc.).
- Ability to work independently, manage your pipeline, and hit weekly/monthly targets.
- Comfortable with CRM tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, or similar.
- A strong LinkedIn network (1,500+ professional connections, ideally with US-based C-Suite executives).
Nice-to-Have
- Experience booking demos for AI products, Web/Mobile apps.
- Understanding of the sales funnel & lead qualification process.
