Key Responsibilities

• LinkedIn Optimization
• Optimize company and individual profiles to enhance visibility and credibility.
• Create compelling LinkedIn content strategies to increase engagement and followers.
• Inbound & Outbound Leads
• Lead Generation
• Develop and execute LinkedIn campaigns for targeted lead generation.
• Identify and connect with potential prospects through strategic outreach.
• Manage LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other tools for prospecting.
• Client Management
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and prospects via LinkedIn.
• Communicate effectively to understand client needs and propose tailored solutions.
• Track, report, and improve client engagement metrics.
• Analytics & Reporting
• Monitor LinkedIn performance metrics and campaign ROI.
• Provide regular reports with actionable insights for improvement.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (preferred).
• 2+ years of proven experience in LinkedIn optimization, lead generation, and client management.
• Strong knowledge of LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other lead-gen tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and adjust strategies.
• Self-motivated, results-driven, and detail-oriented.
