Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and performance-focused LinkedIn Sales Navigator Specialist with 1–2 years of practical experience in B2B lead generation and prospect research. The successful candidate will be responsible for finding, targeting, and engaging key decision-makers on LinkedIn to help drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Use LinkedIn Sales Navigator to source and qualify high-quality B2B leads
  • Create targeted prospect lists
  • Identify leads based on industry, company size, job roles, and geographic location
  • Perform advanced searches using filters for precise targeting
  • Organize and manage leads through tags, notes, and saved searches
  • Implement personalized LinkedIn connection and outreach campaigns
  • Provide accurate and consistent lead data to support the sales team
  • Monitor prospect interactions and update lead statuses regularly
  • Ensure data accuracy while following LinkedIn’s best practices
  • Knowledge of Upwork as a closer is a plus
  • Prepare reports to track lead generation performance and outreach results

Requirements:

  • 1–2 years of hands-on experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator
  • Solid understanding of B2B prospecting
  • Experience in LinkedIn messaging, follow-ups, and lead nurturing
  • Familiarity with CRM tools is an added advantage
  • Strong communication, research, and time management skills
