About the Role:

Lime Software Logics is looking for a LinkedIn Sales Navigator Specialits who can identify, engage, and qualify high-quality leads to fuel our sales pipeline. In this role, you’ll leverage LinkedIn tools, data-driven strategies, and targeted outreach to make a measurable impact on our business growth.

Job Description:

What You’ll Do:

  • Conduct targeted prospecting on LinkedIn based on ideal customer profiles.
  • Build and manage lead lists using LinkedIn Search, Sales Navigator, and automation tools.
  • Craft and send personalized outreach messages and follow-ups to engage potential clients.
  • Track, analyze, and optimize lead-generation performance using CRM or spreadsheets.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to refine targeting and messaging strategies.

What We’re Looking For:

  • 2 to 3 years of experience in LinkedIn lead generation or B2B outreach.
  • Strong knowledge of LinkedIn Search and Sales Navigator.
  • Excellent English written communication skills are a must.
  • Ability to work independently and consistently meet weekly lead targets.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools.
  • Knowledge of other outreach channels is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs100,000.00 - Rs150,000.00 per month

  • Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

  • LinkedIn Sales Navigator: 3 years (Preferred)
  • Lead Generation: 3 years (Preferred)
  • Prospecting: 3 years (Preferred)
  • Personalized Outreach & Follow-ups: 3 years (Preferred)
