About the Role
We’re looking for a hungry, detail-oriented, execution-driven Growth & Outreach Specialist who can help us reach hiring managers, founders, and recruiters across 100K+ companies. You’ll run multi-channel outreach campaigns, scrape active job leads, build personalized outreach flows, and drive demo bookings for Codesy Consulting.If you’re obsessed with outreach, automation, demand gen, and talking to people — this role is your playground.

Key Responsibilities

• Scrape and monitor daily LinkedIn/Indeed job posts for active hiring signals.
• Build targeted lead lists using Apollo, Findymail, Snov, etc.
• Execute multi-channel outreach: Email, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), Discord, Reddit.
• Personalize outreach based on job posts, company profiles, and hiring needs.
• Manage Instantly.ai campaigns, sequences, warmup, deliverability, and reporting.
• DM hiring managers + founders and engage with their posts to drive replies.
• Coordinate with marketing for retargeting, content assets, and campaigns.
• Track outreach metrics, response rates, demos booked, and conversion funnel.
• Test new hooks, messaging angles, and offers (AI interviews, 5 free screens, etc.).
• Work closely with Saad to align daily outreach with Codesy’ demand-gen strategy.

Requirements

• Experience with cold outreach tools (Instantly, Apollo, Snov, Findymail).
• Strong understanding of LinkedIn search, filters, and scraping.
• Excellent written communication and personalization skills.
• Comfortable sending 100+ messages/day across multiple channels.
• Basic knowledge of hiring, tech roles, and engineering job titles.
• Knows how to research a company fast and spot buying signals.
• Bonus: Previous SDR, lead-gen, or recruiter experience.
