Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Online Bidder Specialist to join our growing team. This role is focused on generating new business by bidding on platforms such as Upwork, Freelancer, Bark, and Amazon (SPN & Bidding Console). You will be responsible for identifying quality leads, crafting winning proposals, and securing high-value projects. Key Responsibilities:
- Identify Leads & Opportunities: Daily search and screening of relevant jobs and leads on Upwork, Freelancer, Bark, and Amazon service platforms.
- Amazon Bidding Expertise: Create and manage service listings, respond to buyer requests, and secure projects on Amazon (minimum 1 year experience required).
- Write Tailored Proposals: Craft compelling, customized proposals based on client requirements and business capabilities.
- Bid Management: Strategically bid on multiple projects daily and follow up with potential clients for conversion.
- Client Engagement: Communicate effectively with clients to understand project scope, timelines, and expectations.
- Target Achievement: Meet or exceed monthly KPIs for project acquisition and revenue generation.
- Profile Optimization: Continuously update and maintain attractive and professional profiles across bidding platforms to maximize visibility.
- Market Intelligence: Stay updated on industry and platform trends to refine bidding strategies.
- Reporting & Tracking: Maintain accurate records of bids, client communications, conversions, and performance reports.
Required Qualifications:
- Experience: 2-3 years of proven experience in online bidding and freelancing platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, Bark, and minimum 1 year of experience in Amazon project bidding.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, IT, or a related field.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (must-have).
- Sales and Negotiation: Strong ability to pitch, negotiate, and close deals with clients.
- Proposal Writing: Strong command in writing persuasive and client-centric proposals.
- Platform Knowledge: Deep understanding of Upwork, Freelancer, Bark, and Amazon Service Provider Network (SPN).
- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using CRM tools, bidding software, and analytics tools.
Bonus Skills (Preferred but not required):
- Understanding of Amazon FBA, digital marketing, web development, or graphic design.
- Knowledge of lead generation tools and client acquisition strategies.
- Familiarity with tools like Trello, Asana, Microsoft Teams, or CRM.
