Listing Specialist

Job Description:
We are looking for motivated and target-driven Property Consultants to join our growing real estate team. The ideal candidate will have experience in listing properties on portals, with a mix of secondary sales and rental listings.

We offer one of the highest commission structures in the market (up to 70%) with advance commission paid monthly to support your cash flow.

Key Responsibilities:

• Active Listing properties across major real estate portals.
• Handling a portfolio of secondary and rental listings.
• Generating leads and converting them into successful deals.
• Building strong relationships with landlords and clients.
• Staying updated with market trends and property availability.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in property listing/real estate preferred.
• Familiarity with real estate portals and CRM systems.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated, driven, and professional.
