Atlas Associate Litigation Attorney — Redefine What Justice Feels Like
This is a full-time, permanent position for attorneys ready to lead complex federal litigation at scale—on behalf of people who have been targeted, silenced, or discarded by powerful institutions. At Atlas, you will not represent corporations. You will not serve the status quo. You will represent those the system was built to ignore.

A pregnant warehouse worker fired for requesting medical leave. A Black homeowner harassed over a debt she never owed. A whistleblower punished for reporting wage theft. These are not outliers. These are our clients people whose rights have been violated and whose dignity must be restored through precision, speed, and care.

You will train inside a team striving to become the country’s most advanced plaintiff-side litigation infrastructure. You will work in high-performing pods powered by AI, driven by paralegals, and focused entirely on resolution. You will draft, file, and litigate in weeks—not months. You will operate in systems where velocity does not compromise quality, and empathy is embedded in every process.

Every case you touch will matter. Every action you take will compound. And every client you serve will leave with more clarity, more power, and more justice than they had before they called.

This is not a role. It is a responsibility. And it will be the most meaningful work you ever do.

About Atlas Law Center

We are one of the most prolific federal plaintiff-side litigation firms in the country, representing clients in consumer protection and employment law across the United States.

We file and resolve thousands of cases annually. Our firm is built on:

Structured legal teams (Core Units) that own the full client journey

Atlas University, which certifies every team member in operations, client care, and legal process

Atlas ELI (Employment Law Insights), our proprietary litigation technology currently in development, is designed to accelerate case resolution, not to automate legal judgment.

Project Compass, which ensures every system we build centers the client

We believe that compassion, clarity, and accountability can and must coexist.

Your Role

Oversight of Federal Litigation
Exercise strategic oversight in the drafting and filing of EEOC charges, federal complaints, discovery, and dispositive motions, executing with independence, precision, and mastery of litigation best practices.

Client Leadership

Cross-Unit Collaboration
Elevate litigation outcomes by working seamlessly with paralegals, legal operations professionals, and AI-driven tools. Drive velocity without sacrificing excellence, harnessing the full strength of the Atlas ecosystem to achieve extraordinary results.

Core Unit Accountability
Thrive within Atlas’s certified Core Unit structure, where visibility, accountability, and support fuel collective excellence. Take full ownership of outcomes, lead litigation strategy with courage and precision, and mentor colleagues—setting the standard for professional execution across the firm.

This is not a traditional legal job.
This is a role for attorneys who want to shape the future, through structure, service, and conviction.

Atlas Law Center is not adapting to artificial intelligence. We are building our firm around it.

We believe the legal industry is evolving and must. As technology reshapes how society functions, law must be leveraged not to widen the gap, but to close it.
