Litigation Attorney Personal Injury

As we continue to expand, we are looking for an experienced Personal Injury Litigation Attorney to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a caseload of personal injury litigation matters from start to finish
• Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documents
• Represent clients in court hearings, depositions, mediations, arbitrations, and trials
• Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, medical providers, and other stakeholders
• Negotiate settlements and participate in alternative dispute resolution processes
• Stay current on developments in personal injury law and applicable legal precedents
• Provide legal advice and strategic guidance to clients throughout the litigation process

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school
• Active license and in good standing with the [Insert State] Bar
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience handling personal injury litigation cases
• Strong legal research and writing skills
• Effective oral advocacy and negotiation skills
• Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines with attention to detail

• Skilled in drafting persuasive and precise legal documents
