Job Description

Our firm is hiring a Litigation Legal Assistants and/or Paralegal with at least one year of prior Litigation experience. Bilingual in Spanish is required. Prior Personal Injury experience is a plus, but not required

The right candidate has strong written and verbal communication skills, is focused, pays attention to detail, excellent organizational and time-management skills, ability to multi-task, strong proofreading skills, can work both independently and in a team environment, and can work in a fast- paced environment managing a high volume of cases and workflow.

Duties include assisting our Litigation Attorneys in all phases of our PI litigation cases, including but not limited to: conducting legal research to support case preparation, proof reading legal documents, filing complaints, draft and respond to discovery. Speaking and coordinating with clients, witnesses, insurance adjusters, medical providers, and opposing counsel. Organize and maintain case files and documents, requesting medical records, and assisting with resolving liens with medical providers.

Compensation, Benefits, and Perks:

Compensation and benefits package is competitive, starting at $58,000 to $95,000 annually, which is inclusive of a monthly bonus. Starting pay will depend on experience. Compensation will often be higher than the starting rate, as high monthly bonuses are given, as well as frequent raises. There are many other pay opportunities available to our employees, and ample opportunities for career growth, as we prefer to promote from within.
