Position Summary

Murray Law Group is seeking a full-time Paralegal to join our Tampa office. This is an on-site position supporting attorneys in all phases of first-party property insurance, construction defect, and association litigation. The ideal candidate is professional, organized, and proactive, with strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist attorneys in all aspects of claim and case preparation

• Prepare & organize legal documents, pleadings, discovery, and correspondence

• Manage case files, calendaring, and deadlines

• Draft discovery requests, subpoenas, interrogatories, and related filings

• Conduct legal and factual research as needed

• Maintain consistent client communication and follow-up

• Assist with deposition & trial preparation, including exhibits & witness coordination

• File documents in state and federal courts and with State Agencies

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience (first-party property insurance or construction defect preferred but not required)

• Strong organizational, analytical, and writing skills

• Ability to manage deadlines and multiple cases efficiently

• Excellent client communication and interpersonal skills

• Detail-oriented, professional, and a strong team player

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office & legal case management software

• High school diploma required; associate degree or paralegal certificate preferred

Compensation

Salary and bonus are commensurate with experience.

Pay: $62,000.00 - $78,000.00 per year
