Responsibilities include:

· Provide exceptional client service and maintain regular communication with clients throughout the legal process.

· Assist with Scheduling Motions to Dismiss, Motion for Summary Judgments, Trials and other Litigation Hearings.

· Work with Attorney on calendaring deadlines and/or upcoming meetings/events.

· Generate Documents such as Affidavits, Motion for Summary Judgments, Notices and Pleadings for Hearings and/or after Hearings.

· Document management (including scanning) in CLS, our database.

· Other duties as assigned which may include general office assistant work and filing as needed.
