Job Description:

H&S Apparel is looking for a motivated and customer-focused Live Chat Support / Customer Support Representative to join our growing team.
You will be responsible for assisting customers through Meta Business Suite, WhatsApp Web, and other digital platforms — ensuring quick, accurate, and friendly communication that reflects our brand’s standard of service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer queries via Meta Business Suite (Facebook/Instagram) and WhatsApp Web.
  • Provide accurate information about products, orders, and promotions.
  • Maintain a polite, empathetic, and professional tone in all customer interactions.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues efficiently.
  • Keep records of customer feedback and report recurring issues.
  • Stay updated with ongoing sales, campaigns, and new arrivals.

Requirements:

  • Proficient in Meta Business Suite and WhatsApp Web.
  • Strong communication skills and excellent English writing ability.
  • Basic knowledge or interest in apparel and fashion (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Ability to handle multiple conversations simultaneously.
  • Must be able to commute easily to DHA Phase 7, Jami Commercial.

Shift Timings:

Operational hours: 12:00 PM to 2:00 AM
Two shifts available:

  • Shift A: 12:00 PM – 10:00 PM
  • Shift B: 2:00 PM – 12:00 AM

(Each shift is 10 hours including short breaks.)
