Location: Anaheim, CA (In-Person Only)

Compensation: Hourly + Performance Bonuses (earning potential up to $100,000/year)

Position Overview

We’re looking for an energetic, on-camera confident Live Stream Host to sell women’s fashion, cosmetics, home goods and (Amazon/Target) bundles on Whatnot. You’ll showcase products, engage viewers in real time, and drive sales through high-energy hosting and personality.

This role is 100% in-person at our Anaheim studio/showroom. No remote work is available.

Key Responsibilities

• Host high-energy Whatnot live selling sessions
• Present products with clarity, excitement, and authenticity
• Engage with viewers, answer questions, and encourage purchases in real time
• Model clothing and accessories as needed
• Collaborate with creative and inventory teams to plan show content
• Review performance metrics and refine hosting techniques to improve sales

Qualifications

Platform & Streaming Requirements

• Active Whatnot User — You must currently use and understand the Whatnot platform. (If you’re not familiar with Whatnot, you will not be considered.)
• Live Streaming Experience — Prior experience hosting live streams (personal or business) lasting at least one hour.
• Strong Understanding of Whatnot Culture — Must understand Whatnot’s community-driven, entertainment-based selling environment.
• During your interview, you’ll be asked about your live selling background and what makes Whatnot unique compared to other platforms.

• Coachable and willing to grow as a streamer
• Big Personality, Team Player — High energy, charisma, authenticity, and the ability to collaborate well in a fast-paced team setting.
• Fashion-Forward Mindset — Genuine passion for women’s fashion, styling, and current trends.
• On-Camera Confidence — Comfortable, natural, and engaging on camera with the ability to entertain viewers for extended periods.
• Preferred Backgrounds — Live selling, retail sales, hosting, modeling, or performing experience.
• Strong Communication Skills — Clear, confident verbal communication and strong interpersonal skills.
• Flexible Availability — Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed for live shows.
• Physical Presence — Able to stand, move, and lift products comfortably during multi-hour live broadcasts.
• Local Candidates Only — Must be able to work onsite at our Anaheim, CA studio. Remote work is not available.
• No self-promotion: You may not promote your own social media profiles during streams

Training & Probation

• 90-Day Probation Period – Performance, attendance, and on-camera ability will be evaluated
• Hands-On Training Provided – We’ll train you on hosting structure, pacing, product flow, and show format
• This role requires a willingness to learn, take feedback, and continually improve

Compensation & Benefits

• Hourly pay + performance-based bonuses
