  • The Learning & Development Officer assists in planning, coordinating, and delivering learning programs across the organization. The role manages the Learning Management System (LMS), rolling out programs as per the annual training schedule, and conducting in-house soft skills training programs.
  • Identifying training needs, facilitating training, and assessing outcomes, the role holder supports employees' development plans and assists the Talent Development team in enhancing communication, teamwork, time management, and other behavioral skills throughout the organization.
