Duties

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
• Handle cash transactions and process payments accurately when required

Experience

• Strong communication skills with the ability to multi-task efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Proven ability to handle outbound calling campaigns with confidence and professionalism
• Basic computer skills necessary for data entry and documentation
• Experience in sales or client services is a plus but not mandatory; enthusiasm for engaging with customers is essential
