Local Counsel

Overview
We are seeking an experienced local counsel to to assist us in a civil litigation matter out of Brunswick County, NC. It should be a fairly simple matter and would require reviewing a complaint, filing witht the court, and obtaining service of process. A court appearance may be necessary.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Active license to practice law in the North Carolina.
• Experience in civil litigation.
• Strong writing skills with experience in legal drafting.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills for managing case files.

Job Types: Contract, Temporary

Pay: $49,987.58 - $60,200.09 per year

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Bolivia, NC 28422
