Local SEO Expert – SEO Agency

Quality Ranker is a growing SEO agency providing services to clients in the home improvement, local services, and SMB sectors. We specialize in ranking Google Business Profiles (GBP) and websites for local keywords that drive traffic, calls, and leads.

We are hiring a Local SEO Expert to join our team and help us deliver results-driven local SEO campaigns for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize multiple Google Business Profiles (GBPs) for agency clients.
• Perform local keyword research and competitor analysis for different niches.
• Optimize websites with on-page SEO strategies (title tags, schema markup, content, internal linking).
• Build and maintain local citations, directories, and backlinks.
• Improve map pack rankings for clients in competitive service areas.
• Manage GBP engagement (posts, reviews, Q&A, photos).
• Monitor rankings, analytics, and GBP insights with tools like Google Search Console, Google Analytics, BrightLocal, SEMrush, Ahrefs.
• Prepare monthly reports for clients showing ranking improvements and lead generation.
• Stay updated with Google algorithm changes and adapt strategies accordingly.

Requirements

• Minimum 2+ years of proven experience in Local SEO (agency experience preferred).
• Demonstrated success in ranking GBP profiles for clients (please share examples).
• Knowledge of NAP consistency, local citations, review strategies, and schema.
• Strong understanding of on-page/off-page SEO.
• Familiarity with tools like GMB Everywhere, BrightLocal, Whitespark, SEMrush, Ahrefs.
• Ability to manage multiple client projects simultaneously.
• Strong reporting and communication skills.
