LogicTech is hiring a Cold Caller / Appointment Setter

Your role will be to call potential US-based clients, introduce our services, book appointments, and follow up regularly.
All relevant and verified leads are provided daily — you just need to connect, engage, and book appointments.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential clients based in the US
• Clearly communicate our services and offerings
• Follow call scripts and adapt to different conversation flows
• Maintain call logs and update CRM systems
• Schedule appointments or pass qualified leads to the sales team
• Meet or exceed daily and weekly calling targets

Requirements

• Fluent English (both spoken and written)
• Previous experience in cold calling or telemarketing for US-based clients
• Must have worked in the US time zone (Night shift: 5 PM – 2 AM)
• Minimum education: A-Levels or College graduate
• Strong communication and persuasion skills
• Reliable, punctual, and target-driven
