Job Title: Logistics Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics Manager to oversee and manage end-to-end supply chain and logistics operations. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in the FMCG sector, ensuring smooth distribution, inventory management, and timely delivery of goods while maintaining cost efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, implement, and monitor the overall logistics and supply chain strategy.

Manage warehouse operations, inventory control, and transportation.

Ensure on-time delivery of FMCG products to distributors, retailers, and clients.

Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams for smooth operations.

Optimize logistics costs while maintaining high service standards.

Monitor order processing, stock levels, and dispatch schedules.

Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.

Prepare and analyze logistics reports to identify areas of improvement.

Handle team supervision, training, and performance evaluation.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.

4 to 5 years of proven experience in logistics, preferably in FMCG.

Strong knowledge of warehouse management, transportation, and distribution.

Proficiency in MS Excel, ERP systems, and logistics software.

Excellent problem-solving and leadership skills.

Strong communication and coordination abilities.
