Titan Express LLC is a fast-growing transportation company based in Dayton. We are committed to efficiency, reliability, and excellence. We are currently seeking a motivated, detail-oriented Dispatcher to join our team and help keep our operations running smoothly.

Job Summary:
As a Dispatcher, you will serve as the communication hub between drivers, customers, and management. You will coordinate routes, track shipments, and resolve issues in real time. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, has strong customer service skills, and knows how to communicate professionally over the phone.

Key Responsibilities:

· Serve as the primary point of contact for drivers, providing route instructions and real-time updates.
· Monitor driver logs, schedules, and delivery statuses to ensure on-time performance.
· Communicate professionally with customers to provide updates and resolve any delivery issues.
· Use dispatch software and GPS tracking to maximize efficiency.
· Maintain accurate records of shipments, incidents, and communications.
· Troubleshoot and resolve conflicts or delays immediately.

Qualifications:

· Minimum 2 years of customer service experience (required).
· Required: Professional phone etiquette – clear, courteous, and effective phone communication skills.
· Bilingual candidates are strongly encouraged to apply.
· Previous dispatching or logistics experience is a plus, but not required.
· Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure.
· Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
· Must be able to work on-site in Dayton from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
