Logistic Officer

Our client a leading multinational company in Jebel Ali is looking to hire a Logistics Officer.

Requirements

• Degree in logistics and supply chain management or related knowledge is preferred.

Experience

• More than 1 year logistics experience, including JAFZA documentation, custom formalities, COO/legalization requirements & LC knowledge.

Skills

• Strong skill of Microsoft Office Excel, Word, PowerPoint, especially Excel.
• Strong numerical annualize skill, attention to detail, high accuracy in daily operation activity.
• Team players, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, acceptance for multinational environment.

Responsibilities

• Place order to suppliers globally (Asia & Europe suppliers).
• Follow up back orders with suppliers and push for delivery.
• Coordinate with 3PL warehouse about all logistic activity.
• Arrange shipments to customer within the Middle East and Africa markets.
• Register Item Master data in system, documentation.
