Logistic Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Development & Sales:
  • Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities in freight forwarding (Air, Sea, Land, Customs Clearance, Warehousing, etc.).
  • Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and revenue goals.
  • Conduct client visits, presentations, and negotiations to close deals.
  • Client Relationship Management:
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
  • Provide personalized solutions based on client requirements.
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and resolve issues in coordination with operations and customer service teams.
  • Market Intelligence & Strategy:
  • Conduct market research to identify new prospects, competitors, and trends.
  • Develop sales strategies to penetrate new markets and expand existing client base.
  • Prepare reports on sales performance, pipeline, and forecasts.
  • Coordination & Documentation:
  • Liaise with internal departments (pricing, operations, accounts, etc.) to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Follow up on quotations, contracts, credit approvals, and collections.
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM or reporting tools.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field.
  • Minimum 2–5 years of sales experience in Freight Forwarding/Logistics industry.
  • Strong knowledge of Air, Sea, and Land freight forwarding operations and documentation.
  • Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong customer focus with ability to build and maintain relationships.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
