Key Responsibilities:
- Business Development & Sales:
- Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities in freight forwarding (Air, Sea, Land, Customs Clearance, Warehousing, etc.).
- Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and revenue goals.
- Conduct client visits, presentations, and negotiations to close deals.
- Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
- Provide personalized solutions based on client requirements.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and resolve issues in coordination with operations and customer service teams.
- Market Intelligence & Strategy:
- Conduct market research to identify new prospects, competitors, and trends.
- Develop sales strategies to penetrate new markets and expand existing client base.
- Prepare reports on sales performance, pipeline, and forecasts.
- Coordination & Documentation:
- Liaise with internal departments (pricing, operations, accounts, etc.) to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Follow up on quotations, contracts, credit approvals, and collections.
- Maintain accurate records in CRM or reporting tools.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field.
- Minimum 2–5 years of sales experience in Freight Forwarding/Logistics industry.
- Strong knowledge of Air, Sea, and Land freight forwarding operations and documentation.
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong customer focus with ability to build and maintain relationships.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
