The Logistician III provides senior-level logistics support for Navy weapon systems. This role involves managing the full spectrum of logistics processes across operational, acquisition, and wholesale environments, with a focus on lifecycle sustainment and readiness.
Key Responsibilities:-
Direct and integrate logistics processes across acquisition and operational support environments.

Develop and implement logistics support policies, procedures, and systems.

Provide guidance on logistics implementation and sustainment strategies.
-
Prepare and enforce directives to ensure effective logistics support.
-
Establish and maintain standards to ensure personnel are properly trained and equipped.

Manage all logistics actions associated with the lifecycle of Navy weapon systems, subsystems, and equipment.

Coordinate with engineering, supply, and program management teams to ensure logistics integration.
Required Qualifications:-

Baccalaureate degree from an accredited college or university
- 10-15 years directly related experience in integrated logistics support

Experience directly related to the management and coordination of personnel and activities in support of the design, development, and production of Logistic Products.

Experience directly related to the development of logistic program plans, developing budgets and risk mitigation plans.
Preferred Qualifications:-
Demonstrated experience supervising content development and in Validation/Verification Events, PUBSATS onboard ships or labs, schedules

Demonstrated experience in technical documentation life cycle development, distribution and disposal

Demonstrated experience using browser-based languages including Extensible Markup Language (XML), Hyper TextMarkup Language (HTML), JavaScript and Cascading Style Sheets

Demonstrate experience using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Access), and Adobe Communication Suite (Acrobat Pro, FrameMaker, Photoshop, Illustrator, Robo Help)

Demonstrated experience using HP-UX file system and commands.

Demonstrated experience developing, maintaining, and producing technical documentation in S1000 international specification for the procurement and production of technical publications

Demonstrated experience using Integrated Development Environments (IDE) to develop or maintain logistic products. Demonstrated experience to interpret specifications and technical documentations to write technical materials, such as equipment manuals, appendices, or operating and maintenance instructions; Operational/maintenance manuals and operational procedures for Navy Combat Weapon systems.

Demonstrated experience with the development, maintenance, and production of one or more of the following Logistic Program Management plans or presentations: Integrated Logistic Support Plan, Life Cycle Sustainment Plans, Interim Logistic Support Plans, DMSMS Management Plans, Supply Management Plans, Technical Bulletins, User Logistics Support Summaries, Program Review Technical Presentations.

Demonstrated experience with AutoCad to prepare 2D or 3D drawings, wiring diagrams, circuit board assembly diagrams, and layout drawings used for the manufacture, installation, or repair of electrical equipment and SolidWorks.

Demonstrated experience related to gathering and analyzing source material, developing relevant curricula, and providing operator and maintenance training for Navy Combat Weapon Systems.

10+ years of experience, ideally at a Navy facility.

DAWIA Level III certification in Logistics or equivalent.

Experience with Navy logistics systems and lifecycle support planning.
Compensation
$81,120 - $118,560 per year
Compensation for positions at Centurum vary depending on a wide range of factors including, but not limited to, location, responsibilities, skill set, and level of experience.
