The Logistics Administrator plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth, efficient, and profitable daily operations of the company’s fleet. This position serves as a key communication link between drivers, customers, and the dispatch team while also supporting critical administrative and compliance functions within the office. By balancing hybrid dispatch responsibilities with in-office administrative oversight, the Logistics Administrator helps maintain service reliability, operational accuracy, financial accountability, and regulatory compliance.
This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, clear communication, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced logistics environment. Success in this position directly contributes to maintaining safety performance, meeting revenue and mileage targets, supporting fuel accountability, and ensuring accurate documentation across a 40+ truck operation.

Pay: $48,932.18 - $58,929.07 per year
