Office / Logistics Administrator (Full-Time, In-Person)
Monday - Friday

We are a fast-paced furniture, accessory, and lifestyle store seeking a highly organized, detail-driven Office / Logistics Administrator to support daily operations. This is a structured, in-person role for someone who thrives on accuracy, follow-through, customer service and keeping systems running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Data entry and daily reconciliation
  • Create and manage hang tags
  • Prepare banking deposits
  • Process purchase orders
  • Coordinate receiving and shipment tracking
  • Communicate with vendors
  • Order supplies and support sales staff as needed
  • Answer phones and assist with customer service

Requirements:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Basic accounting knowledge
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks without losing accuracy
  • Typing speed of 60+ WPM
  • Comfortable sitting and working at a computer for most of the day

Qualifications:

  • Associate’s degree or minimum 5 years of relevant experience

This role is ideal for someone steady, focused, and operationally strong who takes pride in maintaining order in a fast-moving environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 – 40 per week
