LOGISTICS ANALYST I

Supports logistics activities and procedures to ensure timely delivery, customer satisfaction and cost saving.

Roles & Responsibility:
  • Conduct financial and operational analyses by performing uplift calculations and transport cost evaluations to support strategic planning, operational optimization, and decision-making processes
  • Lead and support New Product Introduction (NPI) projects to ensure seamless supply chain integration, timely product launches, and alignment with cross-functional stakeholders
  • Drive Network Design optimization by analyzing logistics data, identifying improvement opportunities, and providing actionable recommendations to enhance efficiency and reduce costs
  • Monitor and manage Premium Freight activities, including variance analysis, compliance reviews, and exception reporting to ensure cost control and adherence to policies
  • Develop comprehensive transportation and logistics reports, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and provide trend analyses to support data-driven decision-making for internal stakeholders
  • Collaborate with Global Logistics Teams and Supply Chain Centers to coordinate transportation activities, ensure alignment across regions, and maintain consistent operational practices
  • Support sustainability and eco-efficiency initiatives by analyzing transportation data, identifying carbon reduction opportunities, and recommending environmentally responsible logistics solutions
  • Participate in cross-functional projects and meetings, providing transportation expertise, data-driven insights, and guidance to ensure best practices and process standardization across the organization.
Desired Candidate Profile:

QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Warehouse Management, or Business Administration. A Master’s degree or postgraduate diploma in a related field is a plus but not mandatory.
  • 3+ Years of relevant experience in supply chain or related roles, preferably within a manufacturing or product-based company.

COMPETENCIES

  • Strong knowledge of transportation, freight operations and supply chain
  • Technically adept with hands-on experience in SAP, MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Power BI) and SharePoint.
  • Demonstrates strong analytical skills with the ability to analyse reports, interpret complex logistics data, and deliver actionable insights to support decision-making.
  • Proficient in root cause analysis, capable of identifying issues, evaluating alternatives, and implementing both corrective and preventive actions effectively.
  • Strong business communication skills, enabling clear and professional interaction with internal and external stakeholders.
  • High attention to detail and proactiveness
  • Flexible to work across different time zones as per business needs, ensuring global coordination and support.
