Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Logistics and Supply Chain Admin to support the day-to-day operations of our logistics and supply chain processes. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating shipments, maintaining inventory records, managing documentation, and ensuring smooth communication between suppliers, transporters, and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and process purchase orders, sales orders, shipping, and customs documents.
  • Coordinate with freight forwarders, couriers, and internal teams for timely shipments and deliveries.
  • Track shipments and ensure on-time delivery while resolving any logistics issues.
  • Monitor and update inventory levels; support with stock audits and reconciliation.
  • Maintain accurate records of logistics transactions in ERP or inventory systems.
  • Liaise with suppliers and service providers for order status, delivery schedules, and issue resolution.
  • Generate reports on logistics performance, inventory status, and cost analysis.
  • Ensure compliance with local and international shipping laws and regulations.
  • Assist in preparing documentation for customs clearance.
  • Perform general administrative support related to logistics and supply chain operations.
  • Experience in product registration and certification management with Dubai Municipality and other websites

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or administrative roles (preferably in a similar industry).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and experience with ERP or inventory systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite).
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Knowledge of shipping procedures, customs documentation, and inventory processes is a plus.
  • Familiarity with international logistics and incoterms is an advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From AED3,000.00 per month
