Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Logistics and Supply Chain Trainer to deliver high-quality training to degree-level students. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in logistics, supply chain management, and operations, with the ability to simplify complex concepts for a student audience.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging and interactive online sessions on Logistics and Supply Chain Management topics.
• Design and customize course content, lesson plans, and materials as per students' understanding and curriculum needs.
• Teach core topics such as:
• Supply Chain Fundamentals
• Inventory and Warehouse Management
• Transportation Management
• Procurement and Sourcing Strategies
• Logistics Technology and Automation
• Demand Forecasting and Planning
• Global Supply Chain and Trade Operations
• Incorporate real-world case studies, current industry trends, and practical examples to make sessions interactive and relatable.
• Conduct regular assessments, quizzes, and feedback sessions to evaluate student performance and understanding.
• Support and mentor students with queries, project work, and career guidance in the field of supply chain.
• Ensure timely completion of syllabus while maintaining high levels of student engagement.

Requirements:

Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, or related fields

3-10 years of hands-on experience in supply chain management, logistics, operations, or a related industry role.

Strong knowledge of supply chain concepts, strategies, and tools.

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Ability to simplify technical concepts for students.

Familiarity with supply chain software/tools (e.g., SAP, Oracle, ERP systems) is a plus.

Prior teaching or training experience is preferred.
