Salary Range: AED 2,000 – 2,500 per month

Position Overview:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Logistics Assistant to support daily logistics and warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in coordinating shipments, managing documentation, and ensuring smooth logistics processes within the UAE.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in coordinating inbound and outbound shipments.
• Prepare and verify shipping documents, invoices, and delivery notes.
• Track shipments and update records in the system.
• Communicate with transporters, suppliers, and warehouse staff to ensure timely deliveries.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with stock checks.
• Support the logistics team in day-to-day administrative and operational tasks.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and UAE customs regulations.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of UAE experience in logistics, supply chain, or related field.
• Basic knowledge of shipping documentation and logistics procedures.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Must be currently based in Dubai and available to join immediately.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
