Business Development Executive – Logistics & Freight Forwarding Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and engage with prospective clients to promote freight forwarding and logistics services (air, sea, and land).
• Understand client logistics needs and recommend tailored transport and supply chain solutions.
• Develop and maintain long-term relationships with key clients and partners.
• Collaborate with internal teams (operations, documentation, customer service) to ensure smooth onboarding and service execution.
• Prepare service proposals, handle client inquiries, and assist in rate negotiations and contract discussions.
• Track and maintain records of client interactions, opportunities, and service requests using internal systems or CRM tools.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify areas for business expansion.
• Achieve assigned performance targets and contribute to overall business growth.

Requirements:

• Good Communication and interpersonal skills in English.
• Ability to engage professionally with clients and present service offerings effectively.
• Good organizational and time management skills with a proactive mindset.
• Prior experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or related industries Is a plus.
• Minimum qualification: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
