Job Summary

Tameem Group is seeking an experienced and motivated Logistics & Cold Store Supervisor to oversee daily logistics operations and cold storage activities. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in both logistics and cold store management within the UAE. The role requires excellent organizational and leadership skills to ensure smooth and efficient handling, storage, and dispatch of temperature-controlled goods.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily logistics operations including inbound/outbound deliveries, fleet coordination, and route planning.
• Oversee cold store operations, including temperature monitoring, storage organization, and inventory control.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and health & safety standards at all times.
• Coordinate with drivers, warehouse staff, and clients to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
• Maintain records of goods received and dispatched, stock levels, and equipment maintenance.
• Implement and monitor cold chain procedures to prevent product loss or spoilage.
• Plan and optimize vehicle and manpower utilization.
• Monitor equipment performance and schedule regular maintenance for chillers and refrigeration systems.
• Prepare daily/weekly reports on logistics performance and cold storage operations.
• Support the logistics manager in cost control, planning, and process improvements.

Qualifications & Experience

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of proven experience in both logistics and cold store supervision (UAE experience preferred).
• Strong knowledge of temperature-controlled logistics and cold chain management.
• Proficient in MS Office and warehouse management systems (WMS).
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Must be currently based in Sharjah or willing to relocate.
• Valid UAE driving license preferred.
