Logistics Coordinator

Plan, coordinate, and track the movement of goods, materials, and equipment.

Manage shipping and receiving processes, ensuring all documentation is accurate and compliant.

Liaise with suppliers, freight forwarders, and transport companies to ensure timely and cost-effective deliveries.

Prepare and maintain shipping documents, including invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, and customs paperwork.

Monitor inventory levels and work with procurement to ensure stock availability.

Track shipments and resolve any delivery or customs issues.

Maintain accurate logistics records and reports for management.

Coordinate with warehouse teams to ensure proper storage and handling of goods.

Ensure compliance with company policies, safety guidelines, and legal regulations.

Support process improvements to enhance logistics efficiency and reduce costs.
