Job description
Job Purpose: To ensure smooth execution of pickup and delivery operations by coordinating with courier partners and customers. The role is responsible for providing timely updates, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining seamless communication to support efficient logistics processes.
Role & responsibilities:
- Manage all mail-in activities related to device pickup and drop.
- Coordinate closely with courier partners to schedule and track pickups/deliveries.
- Connect with customers to arrange timely pickups and keep them informed about the status/appointment.
- Handle escalations and resolve pickup/delivery-related queries effectively.
- Maintain accurate records of logistics activities and provide regular updates to internal teams.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through proactive communication and service.
Preferred candidate profile:
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders (courier partners, customers, internal teams).
- Customer-centric approach with problem-solving abilities.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
